Il giovane musicista elettronico Koreless, il cantante/produttore Ghostpoet e l’artista Alex Turvey hanno lavorato assieme ad un nuovo progetto che li ha visti viaggiare nelle parti più selvagge del Galles del Nord per fare delle registrazioni ambientali “immersi al 100% nella natura”. Il tutto è stato sponsorizzato dalla Levi’s, nell’ambito del progetto What Moves You? – una domanda che viene posta ad artisti e ai fan del brand come punto di partenza per una riflessione sul concetto di creatività.

Ambient electronic artist Koreless, Ghostpoet and artist Alex Turvey have worked together on a new project that has seen them travel to the wilds of North Wales to make field recordings “100 per cent steeped in nature” – water, a sputtering horse, the percussive possibilities of the pine tree. The artists were asked by Levi’s to respond to the question What Moves You?, and the three artists chose the natural world, and how we respond to it as country dwellers and urbanites alike. This process can be watched in the documentary above. This week, A Journey To A Modern Frontier comes to London with a live performance at the Oval Space venue where audience members will be able to shape the outcome of the documentary.
